Project Duration : September 1, 2018 - March 31, 2023

The objective of the DAPPEM project is to develop an application for the automatic analysis of skin lesion images and patient data to provide a probability score for Erythema Migrans the most common early symptom of Lyme disease. This tool will be aimed at citizens and doctors and will facilitate the adoption of the most appropriate behavior. The collected data will be used for research and for professional and health organizations to enable them to better estimate the incidence of Erythema Migrans in order to optimize the management and prevention of Lyme disease.
